During use, the rotation speed of the casting roller and the traction roller can be controlled by the frequency conversion motor, so that the conveying speed of the material can be adjusted to produce various sheet products that meet the requirements of users. This machine is mainly composed of main drive motor, transmission device, extrusion device, feeding hopper, electric control system, casting die, two-roll calendering and so on. Its working principle is: the material flows from the hopper into the plasticizing and extruding through the extruding device into a casting state, and then comes out from the host through the die, and is calendered by a two-roll calender.
