I. Working Principle

3. Pneumatic Control System: Adjusts the gas pressure through the high-pressure gas inlet pipe to precisely control the extrusion pressure and speed of the melt, meeting the needs of different materials and processes.

4. Temperature Control System: Utilizes advanced heating technology to ensure uniform and stable temperature inside the melting chamber, with a temperature control accuracy of ±0.5°C, suitable for various temperature-sensitive polymer materials.

5. Fiber Collection System: Consists of a collection roller and winding device, allowing adjustable collection speed to achieve fully drawn yarn (FDY) and winding nascent fibers into neat rolls for subsequent processing.
