Product Details

An open mixing mill (also called an open rubber mixing mill) is a mechanical device used for rubber processing and plastic mixing. Its main function is to evenly mix, plasticize and extend rubber or plastic, and is often used in the production process of rubber products. The open mixing mill consists of two rollers rotating in opposite directions, and the processing is carried out through the shear force and friction of the rollers.

Rubber mixing: uniformly mix the raw rubber with various additives (such as preservatives, additives, fillers, etc.).

Plastic mixing: used to mix different types of plastics or modifiers.

Material plasticization: through heating and shearing force, the molecular chain of rubber or plastic is changed to achieve the ideal processing state.
Calendering and shaping: press the material into a sheet of a certain thickness to facilitate subsequent processing.
