Product Details

-Rubber mixer (rubber open mill): used to mix, grind and chew raw rubber and additives to achieve uniform dispersion and improve vulcanization performance.
-Rubber extruder: used to extrude mixed rubber materials into continuous strips, belts or pipes of various cross-sectional shapes, often used to make rubber seals, pipe fittings, etc.
-Rubber calender: The mixed rubber material is extruded and calendered through a calendering roller group to make a rubber sheet or film of a certain thickness, which is often used in the production of rubber floors, gaskets and other products.
-Rubber injection molding machine: Inject the heated and softened rubber material into the mold, and use high-pressure injection molding to produce various complex shapes of rubber products, such as seals, parts, etc.
