Product Details

An electrospinning machine is a device used to make nanofibers. It uses an electrostatic field to stretch a polymer solution or melt into fibers, the diameter of which can range from tens of nanometers to several microns. An electrospinning machine usually consists of a high-voltage power supply, a nozzle, and a receiver. During operation, the polymer solution is stretched by the electric field through the nozzle to form fibers that are collected on the receiver.
- Ability to prepare nanofibers: Electrospinning machines can prepare nanofibers with diameters ranging from tens of nanometers to several microns. These fibers have extremely high specific surface areas, which are conducive to adsorption and reaction.
- Controllable fiber morphology: By adjusting parameters such as electrostatic field strength and solution flow rate, the diameter, morphology and arrangement of the fibers can be controlled to meet the needs of different applications.
