Working principle

The material is transported to the nozzle through a peristaltic pump, while compressed air or nitrogen enters from the outer casing to atomize the liquid material into micrometer sized droplets. Hot air enters from the top of the drying tower and comes into contact with the mist droplets. The moisture in the mist droplets evaporates rapidly, and the dried powder particles are separated from the exhaust gas by a cyclone separator and enter the collection bottle.

Performance parameter

-Processing capacity: The general material processing capacity is 50-2000ml/h, which varies among different models.

-Temperature control accuracy: Real time PID constant temperature control technology is usually used, and the heating temperature control accuracy can reach ± 1 ℃.

-Inlet and outlet air temperatures: The maximum inlet air temperature can reach 250 ℃, and the maximum outlet air temperature can reach 140 ℃.

-Nozzle diameter: Common nozzle diameters include 0.5mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.5mm, 2.0mm, etc., which can be customized according to needs.

Structure Design

-Operation interface: It mostly uses color LCD touch screens or 7-inch touch screens for operation and control, with a fully Chinese operation interface that can achieve data acquisition, process monitoring, and control, and has a combination of fully automatic and manual control modes.

-Spray system: most of the spray heads are concentric spray heads. The size of the nozzle is optional, and it can move up and down after installation. It is not easy to be eccentric when atomizing, which can improve the drying effect of spray.

-Feeding system: equipped with a self-priming peristaltic pump, which can easily adjust the feeding amount to meet different experimental needs.

-Collection system: Generally equipped with cyclone separators and collection bottles, some also come standard with exhaust dust removal devices, which can effectively improve material yield and reduce environmental pollution.
