Product Details

The dry-wet spinning machine dissolves the polymer in a solvent to form a spinning solution, and extrude fibers through a spinneret. The fibers are first partially coagulated in the air, and then enter a coagulation bath to be completely cured. After subsequent stretching and processing, high-strength fiber products are finally formed.
- Excellent fiber performance: Combining the advantages of dry and wet spinning, the fiber is uniformly formed in the air and coagulation bath, with higher strength, toughness and elasticity, suitable for the production of high-performance fibers.
- Flexible process control: By adjusting the parameters of air coagulation and coagulation bath, the physical properties of the fiber, such as diameter, strength and elasticity, can be precisely controlled, and various types of fibers can be produced according to different needs.
- Wide range of applications: Able to process a variety of polymer materials, especially suitable for the production of fibers with complex structures or high performance requirements, such as aramid, carbon fiber, etc., widely used in aerospace, military protection and industrial fields.
